Selling your phone

30 days.

From the date of placing an order, you have 30 days to fulfil that order. During the 30 days, the price will be locked, giving you plenty of time to send the phone back to us. If the phone gets back to us after the initial 30 days, we will revise your offer you the price at that current date of receiving your mobile phone.

Sorry, we do not buy phones that have problems powering on.

Unfortunately, there is nothing much we can do with a phone that has an account allocated to it. To save a lot of time, please delete any associated accounts and data on your mobile phone before sending it to us.

If we do receive your mobile phone with an account linked we will try to resolve this by getting in touch with you, if we cannot resolve the matter, in this case, we will get the mobile phone back to you.

It's never too late to let us know, as this would help us process payment faster.

If the phone to hand was stated as working but had a fault. One of our technicians will get in touch to revise the offer to the right 'faulty price.'

At this point, it's really up to you to accept or decline the revised offer, if you decline the offer we would be more than happy to send your phone back for free as a goodwill gesture.

Only send your box, charger and accessories if it's a BRAND NEW SEALED DEVICE

We do not require a box, charger and accessories for a used device.

A model name/number and capacity will be printed on the original receipt or box.  If that fails, try to look at the back of the device, or if your battery is removable, it should be written behind there.

If you are still having difficulties finding your model, please feel free to ask us.

You can sell as many phones as you have. If you have over ten phones, please contact us so that we can arrange a suitable courier service for you.

Yes, we buy both working and faulty devices.

No, we do not buy devices that are lost or stolen. We check the crime protection database for barred, blocked or reported devices. Selling a stolen phone to us will be handed over to the local authorities along with your details.

It is a personal account linked to your device, which is only ever intended to be used by yourself. You cannot recycle your mobile phone with an account linked to your device; you must delete your account before recycling your device.

If you would like further information about deleting your account, please see our page: FACTORY RESET MY PHONE.

Payments

Once we have received your device, a technician will look over the phone; this process is pretty straight forward. We try our very best to process payments within 24 hours of receiving your mobile phone.

Our payment methods are instant as we use direct bank transfer or Paypal if preferred.

Please note* that we are only available to process orders on Monday to Friday; this excludes public holidays. If your phone is received after 3 pm, it will be processed the following day.

We offer 2 payment options.

1. Direct Bank Transfer.

2. Paypal, to your registered email address only.

A revised offer is given to a customer if an order is significantly different than ordered online.

A good example will be if an order placed for a 'working' device is received; however, upon testing the device has a fault. In this case, a technician will get in touch and offer a revised offer.

If you do not accept the revised offer, we will be more than happy to send the device back to you free of charge!
